Who we are
Al Mada is a Kuwaiti software company. We build Q8tly, the directory of places in Kuwait, and software that helps businesses answer their customers, organise their daily work, and cut down repetitive tasks. We are a new, founder led company based in Kuwait.
The name
Al Mada — المدى in Arabic — means range: how far something can reach. That is what we build for the businesses we work with. More customers answered, more hours covered, without more people.
I started with search, because I wanted to understand how people reach a business. As I built Q8tly, I started looking at what happens next as well: how does someone choose a place? How do bookings arrive? And what does an owner need to know?
That is where Al Mada took shape. We listen to the owner, understand how the team works, then build what helps and stay with them after launch.

What we believe
- Arabic-first. Arabic is built in from the start, not translated as an afterthought.
- Outcomes over hype. We sell results — faster replies, fewer no-shows, less manual work — not buzzwords. If something isn’t reliable enough to trust, we don’t offer it.
